Weight Control... Rising up From the Muck and Mire

OK... Let's take a walk as we did Monday night...
(tighten and release...tighten and release)...

As we walk in your mind's eye, remember the mirrors. Keep revisiting what you created from your reflection as you enhanced, deleted, added to, reframed, and reshaped, to achieve your ideal in our body weight and shape.

Then, remember the street we walked down with the shop windows.
"I stop when I want to."
Read this again...
"I stop when I want to."

Reread the signs in your mind's eye... I wonder what ones you remember...

I am secure with my surroundings.
I am focused, grounded, centered and balanced.
I connect with those who support me.
I am empowered to achieve my ideal body weight and shape.
I let go of that which does not serve my needs any longer.
Everything I do is in synchronicity, agreement and support of my exercise and weight control goals.


Enjoy the step by step steps.
Avoid chemically laden food that makes you hungry.
Drink plenty of delicious refreshing water.
Some but not a lot... A taste... No thank you... No, not now.
What your patterns around food.
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.
And as Dr. Seuss says,

"Deliberately choosing resistance-free thoughts
Tossing out all your should's and your have to's and oughts."
